Toward livable student housing

The challenge
How do you ensure that students in a new housing complex are encouraged to keep their living environment clean and tidy, without creating the feeling of a ‘pointing finger’?

Positive behavioural change
ANDC was asked by a housing corporation to visually portray the desired behaviour regarding quality of life in a newly delivered student housing complex in a positive way. We developed a concept in which we used behavioural mechanisms such as commitment, consistency and social proof in a creative way. We  opted for a style that matches the experience of the international student population in terms of look & feel. With good results, if we say so ourselves!
